Insurance and Payment Options
If you have an insurance company that I accept, you will be responsible for for any co-pay and deductible that is mandated by your insurance company. If you would like to see me as an out of network provider I can give you a super bill and you can request reimbursement from your insurance company. I charge $160 per 53 minute counseling session unless I have a contract with your insurance company. I am in-network with the following insurance companies:

My primary therapeutic techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy , Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I also draw from a variety of techniques and theories including Logo therapy, mindfulness based therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy ,DBT, TFCBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy. My techniques will vary based off of your symptoms, concerns, history and current living environment.
